Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- Squeeze of lime juice
- 1 oz orange liquor
- Sparkling water
- Mint sprig
- Roasted pineapple slice
Method
- Add tequila, lime juice and orange liquor to a cocktail shaker with some ice and shake it up
- Strain into a fancy glass with fresh ice
- Top with fresh sparkling water
- Garnish with mint and pineapple slice
- Enjoy!
