Due to variations in manufacturing, the Sodastream gas cylinder you receive may be either pink or deep blue. Both coloured cylinders are identical in function and capacity.

They contain the same amount of CO2 and will work perfectly with your Sodastream Sparkling Water Maker.

We'll deliver you full cylinders with a return box and free mail return label. The return shipment is on us!

Replace the empty cylinder in your sparkling water maker and enjoy fresh bubbly drinks at home. Don't forget to return the empty cylinders within 90 days.

Box it up

Pack the empty cylinders with the caps in the reusable box. Securely close the locking tabs and tape the box shut.

Attach return label

Attach the free return label to the reusable box. Don’t have your label? You can download it from My Account.

Schedule your return

Click on the Return CO₂ button, fill in the required information, and schedule the time and place that work best for you. The return shipment is on us!

We offer a 30-day risk free trial for all Sparkling Water Makers purchaed on SodaStream.ca. Just contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label to return your product. Bottles and flavours purchased on SodaStream.ca can be returned after 30 days if unused and in a sealed condition. Upon return, the refund will be made on the original payment method.

Does my Sodastream TERRA® Sparkling Water Maker come with a warranty?
Sure does! Your Sodastream TERRA® Sparkling Water Maker comes with at least a 2-year limited warranty, valid from the purchase date. Register your Sparkling Water Maker and receive an extra year of warranty!
Are existing products (bottles, cylinders) compatible with the new Sodastream TERRA® Sparkling Water Maker?
The Sodastream TERRA® Sparkling Water Maker comes with a dishwasher-safe carbonating bottle but can be used with our dishwasher-safe 1L plastic carbonating bottle, the 0.5L plastic carbonating bottle, and our regular 1L carbonating bottle.

Sparkle Note: The amount of water the bottle can hold for carbonation is less than the full bottle volume. Please see your user guide for more information.

You can only use the Sodastream Quick Connect Cylinder with the Sodastream TERRA® Sparkling Water Maker.
* The screw-system cylinders are not compatible with the Sodastream TERRA®.

You can exchange your existing cylinder for the new Quick Connect Cylinder at a retail location which carries the new Quick Connect Cylinder or on our website.
