Why should I purchase a TERRA?

The TERRA also comes with an easy-to-clean, dishwasher-safe carbonating bottle.

Does my TERRA Sparkling Water Maker come with a warranty?

Sure does! Your TERRA Sparkling Water Maker comes with at least a two-year limited warranty, valid from the purchase date. Register your Sparkling Water Maker and receive an extra year of warranty!

How does the new Sparkling Water Maker differ from your already existing products?

The TERRA Sparkling Water Maker is our “new way to sparkle” and an extremely convenient Sparkling Water Maker. The new CQC patent-pending technology makes your Quick Connect Cylinder connection easy and intuitive, and the updated modern design along with a bigger carbonation button make bubbling quick and easy. The TERRA also comes with an easy-to-clean, dishwasher-safe Carbonating Bottle.

What is the difference between the pink-handle systems, like in the TERRA, and the other existing Sparkling Water Makers’ systems?

We made changes to our cylinder system to ensure our consumers get the most comfortable experience. The new Quick connect cylinder was designed with an advanced mechanism for simple insertion in one click, thus making the cylinder inserting process faster and more user friendly for the consumer.

Are existing products (bottles, cylinders) compatible with the new TERRA?

The TERRA Sparkling Water Maker comes with a dishwasher-safe carbonating bottle but can be used with our dishwasher-safe 1L plastic carbonating bottle, the 0.5L plastic carbonating bottle, and our regular 1L carbonating bottle.

Sparkle Note: The amount of water the bottle can hold for carbonation is less than the full bottle volume. Please see your user guide for more information.

You can only use the SodaStream Quick Connect Cylinder with the TERRA Sparkling Water Maker. The blue screw-system cylinders are not compatible with the TERRA.

You can exchange your existing cylinder for the new Quick Connect Cylinder at a retail location which carries the new Quick Connect Cylinder or on our website.

Just contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label to return your product. Bottles and flavours purchased on SodaStream.ca can be returned after 30 days if unused and in a sealed condition. Upon return, the refund will be made on the original payment method.
