Ingredients:
• 4 oz. fresh orange juice
• 1 oz. fresh lime juice
• 1/2 oz. Soda Press Co. Blonde Cola syrup
• 2-3 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream
Method:
Add 1/2 oz. Soda Press Co. Blonde Cola
syrup to sparkling water, fill mason jar
with 2-3 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream,
shake to chill orange/lime juice, pour
orange/lime juice over ice cream, top
with SodaStream sparkling water
Garnish: whipped cream and orange zest
Glassware: mason jar
