Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz. hibiscus infused light rum
• 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
• 3/4 oz simple syrup
• Handful of mint leaves
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Method:
Shake all ingredients, pour cocktail
over frozen watermelon ice cube and
top with SodaStream sparkling water
Garnish: mint sprigs
Glassware: highball
