Ingredients
- 2 lemongrass stalks
- 1.5 oz lime juice
- Thin slices of cucumber
- Lime slices
- Mint leaf
- Sparkling water
Method
- Add small lemongrass stalks to a tall glass filled with ice.
- Pour in lime juice.
- Add cucumber, lime slices and mint leaves.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Enjoy!
