 Ingredients

  • 2 lemongrass stalks
  • 1.5 oz lime juice
  • Thin slices of cucumber
  • Lime slices
  • Mint leaf
  • Sparkling water

 Method

    • Add small lemongrass stalks to a tall glass filled with ice.
    • Pour in lime juice.
    • Add cucumber, lime slices and mint leaves.
    • Top with sparkling water.
    • Enjoy!
