Peach Pink Peppercorn

 Ingredients - Pink Peppercorn Honey Syrup

• 1/4 cup of Hot Water
• 1/2 cup of Honey
• 1 tbsp Crushed Pink Peppercorns (really crush them up so you get the flavour)

 
Ingredients - Cocktail

• SodaStream Sparkling Water
• 45ml Spiced Rum
• 30ml Soda Press Co Blonde Cola Organic Soda Syrup
• 15ml-30ml Pink Peppercorn Honey Syrup (depending on how sweet you like it)
• 15ml Peach Liquor
• Fresh Peach (finely sliced) and Fresh Rosemary Sprigs to garnish

To make the Pink Peppercorn Honey Syrup

• Put the honey, water and crushed peppercorns in a small saucepan and mix until the sugar is melted
• Turn off the heat, and allow to infuse for 30 minutes
• Strain and cool completely

To make the cocktail

• Fizz cold fresh water with SodaStream Sparkling Water Maker
• Fill a highball glass with ice
• Pour in rum, pre-mixed SodaStream blonde cola flavoured sparkling water, peppercorn honey syrup and peach liquor
• Garnish with fresh peach slices and rosemary
• Give a gentle stir with a straw and serve immediately
