What is your return policy?

We back our bubbles! We accept returns or exchanges on unopened product purchased within 30 days of delivery on SodaStream.ca for the actual purchase price. Cylinders and accessories must be returned unused and in its unbroken original packaging. Sparkling Water Makers do not need to be returned unused.

• Valid on SodaStream.ca purchases only.
• SodaStream does not refund initial or return shipping charges. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
