Sure does! Your SodaStream TERRA™ Sparkling Water Maker comes with at least a 2-year limited warranty, valid from the purchase date. Register your Sparkling Water Maker and receive an extra year of warranty!

The SodaStream TERRA™ also comes with an easy-to-clean, dishwasher-safe Carbonating Bottle.

What is the difference between the Quick Connect Cylinder, like in the SodaStream TERRA™, and the Screw-in cylinder?

We made changes to our cylinder system to ensure our consumers get the most comfortable experience. The new Quick connect cylinder was designed with an advanced mechanism for simple insertion in one click, thus making the cylinder inserting process faster and more user friendly for the consumer.

Are existing products (bottles, cylinders) compatible with the new SodaStream TERRA™ Sparkling Water Maker?

The SodaStream TERRA™ Sparkling Water Maker comes with a dishwasher-safe carbonating bottle but can be used with our dishwasher-safe 1L plastic carbonating bottle, the 0.5L plastic carbonating bottle, and our regular 1L carbonating bottle.

Sparkle Note: The amount of water the bottle can hold for carbonation is less than the full bottle volume. Please see your user guide for more information.

You can only use the SodaStream Quick Connect Cylinder with the SodaStream TERRA™ Sparkling Water Maker. The blue screw-system cylinders are not compatible with the SodaStream TERRA™.

You can exchange your existing cylinder for the new Quick Connect Cylinder at a retail location which carries the new Quick Connect Cylinder or on our website.

Bottles and flavours purchased on SodaStream.ca can be returned after 30 days if unused and in a sealed condition. Upon return, the refund will be made on the original payment method.
